YANG Guangbin: The Global Significance of Chinese Modernization

Chinese modernization has not only fundamentally transformed itself but has also reshaped the world through its own development. It has rewritten the paradigm of global modernization and created a new form of human civilization.

Chinese modernization has rewritten the traditional liberal globalization narrative, representing a significant transcendence of Western modernization theory and practice.

Chinese modernization has not only propelled its own development, but also extended the benefits of modernization to "Global South" countries, offering the world an entirely new model of modernization.

Deeply rooted in China's fine traditional culture, Chinese modernization embodies the advanced nature of scientific socialism, draws on all outstanding achievements of human civilization, represents the progress of human civilization, and presents a new vision distinct from the Western modernization model. It is an entirely new form of human civilization. The new form of human civilization created by Chinese modernization will be one of shared development rather than beggar-thy-neighbor, common security rather than the security paradox, and mutual learning among civilizations rather than clash of civilizations. It has set an example for "Global South" countries to independently pursue modernization and will inevitably serve as a reference for some nations.
