JunTo deeply implement the Strategy of Invigorating China through Science and Education to enhance the overall effectiveness of the national innovation system, it is essential to uphold innovation-led development and coordinate the integrated and synergistic development of education, science and technology, and talent cultivation. This will solidly underpin the foundational and strategic support for Chinese modernization. This requires the full implementation of the strategic deployment on building a strong education nation as outlined by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the formulation and execution of a three-year action plan for building a strong education nation, and the acceleration of the construction of a high-quality education system. It also calls for strengthening the leading role of enterprises in innovation, leveraging the guiding role of leading technology companies, deepening industry-university-research collaborative innovation, and accelerating the achievement of high-level technological self-reliance and self-strengthening. Moreover, improving the innovation ecosystem through solid advancement of strategic measures such as policy support, financial investment, talent aggregation, and industrial chain collaboration will continuously enrich the nation’s advantageous innovation soil and build an open innovation environment with global competitiveness.
