Political Governance and Legislation Construction


This research area has 3 think tank research teams, namely the thoughts and ideology team led by Prof. Jin Nuo and Prof. Chen Xianda, the legal construction team led by Prof. Wang Liming and Prof. Han Dayuan, and the comparative politics team led by Prof. Yang Guangbin.

These research teams have long been focusing on Marxist theory, comparison of political systems of China and foreign countries, theories and legislation practices of constitutional law, administrative law and civil and commercial law, super ministry system reform, reform of public institutions and other fields.

In recent years, a total of 5 key documents have been given written instructions by the General Secretary, 1 by the Premier and 35 by leaders above provincial and ministerial level. A total of 25 experts have been selected as chief experts or main members of the research group “Marxist Theory and Construction Project”. 3 person-time of group training have been given to the Political Bureau. The research teams have become important think banks and consulting teams responding to state demands in the fields of ideology, political system, the rule of law and reform of administrative system.

Jin Nuo

Jin Nuo, Secretary of Party Committee of RUC, is dedicated to the research on Marxist theory and ideological and political education.

Chen Xianda

Wang Liming
