Professor LIU Qing, Executive Dean of NADS, has been named to Elsevier's 2024 list of “Highly Cited Chinese Researchers”

On March 25, 2025, Elsevier officially released the 2024 list of “Highly Cited Chinese Researchers”. A total of 6,388 scholars were selected, representing 547 universities, enterprises, and research institutions across 83 first-level disciplines within 10 fields recognized by the Ministry of Education. Based on Scopus scholar profiles and evaluated using multiple indicators, the list systematically reflects the research contributions and innovative value of Chinese scholars in their respective academic fields. Professor LIU Qing, Executive Dean of the National Academy of Development and Strategy at Renmin University of China, was among those honored.
