Liu Zaibo

Liu Zaibo has been appointed as the Deputy Dean of National Academy of Development and Strategy since April, 2018. Liu was Associate Research Fellow, PhD Doctor of International Relations at Renmin University of China, former Deputy Director of RUC Party Committee Office and President Office, and temporarily transferred to department of teachers' affairs under Ministry of Education for one year.
