Zhang Nandiyang

Graduated from Renmin University of China, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Univerisy of Hong Kong. Zhang is PhD in Politics, right now served as the Dean of Qingdao Branch, RUC NADS, Associate Professor at School of Public Administration and Policy.

Focused on the China's administrative system reform, business environment, political and commercial relations, local government governance and innovation etc.  Zhang published many of her articles on both domestic and foreign journals and media, such as SOHU, SINA, Journal of Public Management, Chinese Public Administration, CGTN, People’s Daily.
