Zhang Donggang said that this year China has set an economic growth target of about 5%. This target is pragmatic and rational, and reflects the general tone of seeking progress while maintaining stability. Judging from the situation from January to February, China's main economic indicators performed well, reflecting China's economic resilience and great potential.

'In recent years, although the global economy has faced challenges, China's economy has shown a strong recovery trend.' Zhang Donggang said that based on the inherent laws and endogenous driving forces of China's economy, China's economy is expected to achieve its goals this year.

This year’s Chinese government work report proposed to vigorously promote the construction of a modern industrial system and accelerate the development of new productive forces.

Zhang Donggang discussed new quality productivity from the perspective of education. He said that education is the foundation and talents are the key to developing new quality productivity. Educators must adapt to the requirements of the times, cultivate new talents of the times in accordance with the core goal of cultivating new quality productive forces, and cultivate future-oriented talents.

Zhang Donggang said that at present, China must boldly promote original innovation, promote original reforms and innovative opening up. 'Reform is the key to determining China's destiny, and innovation is an important magic driver in building a strong economic and rejuvenating the nation.
