Reporter's Introduction:

SHI Yinhong, received his Ph.D. in history from Nanjing University in 1988. He is currently a professor and chairman of the Academic Committee of the School of International Relations of Renmin University of China, and a distinguished scholar (professor) of the A post of Renmin University of China. He is also the director of the American Research Center of Renmin University of China. He has served as State Council of the People's Republic of China counselor since the beginning of 2011. He engaged in international relations theory, history of international relations, strategic theory and strategic history, current international politics, East Asian security, Sino-U.S. foreign policy research. He has published 17 individual works and 19 translation works, and published more than 600 academic papers and reviews. Many of the published works have relatively extensive domestic and international influence.
