Theme: There are opportunities and challenges brought by the "Belt and Road" Initiative, so it is necessary to study the space and timing elements of this initiative. Key countries along the "Belt and Road" are those with important global political, economic and cultural influence and they play a significant role in maintain and expand China's overseas interests. Under the principles of strategic location, economic capacity, cultural influence, mutual benefits and risks prevention, this report focus on some key countries. This report aims at establishing the community of common interests, destiny and values under the belief of cooperation, security and peace, bringing new methods for global governance.
