RUC NADS Held Seminar on Promoting the Construction of Ecological Civilization System and Green Development

Background:

At the National Ecological Environmental Protection Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to accelerate the construction of ecological civilization system, which includes: ecological culture system, ecological economic system, target responsibility system, ecological civilization system, and ecological security system. The concept of green development is a new concept that integrates the construction of ecological civilization into all aspects and whole process of economic, political, cultural and social construction. Ecological civilization and green development should be promoted with systematic engineering ideas.
