NovRecently, some topical events have happened around us: A Chongqing woman robbed the driver of his steering wheel, men occupied other’s seat in high-speed trains, some people made fraudulent claims for compensation by injury feigning, etc. The frequent occurrence of such events is seemingly knocking the alarm for us. On the one hand, China’s “muddling” law enforcement has a broad social foundation. On the other hand, it shows that our country still has a long way to go in terms of the promotion of the rule of law. Accordingly, RUC NADS convened relevant experts and scholars to discuss the phenomenon from the perspectives of economics, law and public administration, aiming at promoting the implementation of relevant legislation or policies and the improvement of the rule of law in China as well.
