Abstract:
Taking “Cost Advantage and Product Advantage: Evidence from China’s Manufacturing Industry”, “Input-output Heterogeneity and Productivity Estimation of Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises: 1998-2013”, “How Much Room for Improvement of Resource Allocation Efficiency”, “Employment Effect of Social Insurance Cost Reduction in Service Industry” and some other papers as examples, this study introduces the constructive estimation methods of enterprise production function, demand function and enterprise heterogeneity, exploring possibilities of its application in macro-economy, trade, industrial organization, finance and other fields.
Speaker’s profile:
Yin Heng, professor and doctoral supervisor at National Academy of Development and Strategy, Renmin University of China. Focusing on finance and industrial development research, he has presided over a number of projects funded by the National Social Science Fund and Natural Science Fund, and published many essays in Social Sciences in China, Economic Research Journal, Management World, World Economy, China Industrial Economics, Journal of Financial Research, Annals of Economics and Finance and other important domestic and foreign academic journals.
