Qin Hong is Senior researcher at National Institute of development and strategy, Renmin University of China. Former director of the policy research center of the Ministry of Construction of PRC. She graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1988. She has been engaged in housing and real estate policy and market research for a long time. She has presided over more than 80 national ministries and commissions, local and industrial relevant scientific research projects and many international cooperation projects. She has edited and published many books, such as 'Better Living' 'Urban renewal' and so on. She was a visiting scholar at the world bank in 2008. She won the third prize of Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Progress Award in 2008, 2011 and 2012. In 2014, She was awarded the title of 'National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent' by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
