Leaders of Rudong County from Jiangsu Province Visited RUC NADS

On the afternoon of February 28th, 2019, Chen Huiyu, Head of Rudong Country, and Chen Jianhua, Chairman of County Political Consulative Conference from Jiangsu Province paid a visit to National Academy of Development and Strategy (NADS), Renmin University of China.

Yan Jinming, Executive Dean of NADS, Zheng Xinye, Vice President of School of Economics, Liu Jinlong, Deputy Director of Research Department, Song Feng, Head of Energy Economics Department at School of Economics, Liu Zaibo, Deputy Dean of NADS, and Song Lu, Assistant to Dean of NADS welcomed the leaders of Rudong County, and both sides had a discussion about cooperation on new energy industry planning in Rudong.

Based on the preliminary development of new energy industries such as wind power, LNG, geothermal power resources, Rudong is now fully driving forward the building of “the Hub of China Green Energy”. Therefore, RUC NADS as the leading think tank with unique advantages of experts, studies of green energy policies, and experiences in economic development planning could support and offer wise and smart advices to the County. Hand in hand, RUC NADS and Rudong will make a great progress in the development of green energy and new energy industries.
