Professor LIU Qing Featured on CCTV’s “Focus Report” Program to Discuss New Achievements in China’s High-Level Opening-Up in the First Year of the 15th Five-Year Plan

On May 3, 2026, Professor LIU Qing, Executive Dean of the National Academy of Development and Strategy at Renmin University of China, was invited to join CCTV’s “Focus Report” program, where he discussed the new achievements in China’s high-level opening-up during the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

LIU Qing noted that, judging from the first-quarter data, China has already made strong progress in building itself into a major trading country.
