Research Fields: leadership, governance, cadre management, and performance management. He has been providing management consulting and training services for Party and government organs and large-scale enterprises for a long time. He has published 10 books and more than 100 papers. The book, Leadership, was selected by the Ministry of Education as one of the national planning textbooks of the 12th Five-Year Plan for general higher education. The book, Human Resource Development and Management in the Public Service, was selected by the Ministry of Education as one of the national planning textbooks of the 11th Five-Year Plan, 12th Five-Year Plan and 13th Five-Year Plan for general higher education.
