NADS and Qingdao Shibei People’s Government Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On the afternoon of March, 3, 2017, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between NADS and Qingdao Shibei People’s Government was held at RUC. Chaired by Prof. Liu Yuanchun, Vice President of RUC and Executive President of NADS, the signing ceremony was attended by Ji Min, Deputy Director of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and Director General of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Zheng Deyan, Party Committee Secretary of Shibei District, Qingdao and others. The two sides introduced their respective situations and cooperation-related matters, negotiated and determined cooperation contents and working mechanism, and reached a consensus on conducting multi-aspect exchanges and cooperation in such areas as talents, science and technology, culture and consultation under the Cooperation Agreement. Lastly, Wu Cong, Vice President of NADS and Tong Yu, Deputy District Head of Qingdao Shibei People’s Government, signed the Cooperation Agreement on behalf of each side.
