Xu Qinhua: the Belt and Road Initiative Facilitating Energy Cooperation in Depth

2018 marks the fifth anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative. As energy resources cooperation lies at the forefront of the BRI project, what are the major achievements China has made in its cooperation with the countries along the route in energy sector? What are the risks we might be cautious to in foreign energy investment and infrastructure investment? How to avoid them? And in the forty years of reform and opening-up, what are the major changes in our energy strategy?
